Page-Lake Powell Mobile Home Village (PLPMHV) is a City-owned mobile home park. The park has an on-site manager who reports directly to the City Manager. The Page-Lake Powell Mobile Home Village is committed to providing a safe, clean and well-maintained neighborhood to an estimated 450 mobile homes.

Page-Lake Powell Mobile Home Village is a family-oriented mobile home community located within the city limits of Page, Arizona. The mobile home community is located at #1 Cameron Road, just off Lake Powell Boulevard. PLPMHV is situated between the Gateway Plaza (Wal-Mart) and the Page Library.
PLPMHV is within walking distance of shopping, the library, schools, churches, playgrounds. The Glen Canyon Dam and the Glen Canyon Recreation Area which includes Lake Powell are just a short drive away. Other attractions close to Page include the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Monument Valley, the Painted Desert, the Petrified Forest, the Navajo National Monument, and the Navajo Indian Reservation. There is a day care and a pre-school center located in the mobile home community.
PLPMHV is a 450 lot space only community. The City does not own the mobile homes, and the City does not have RV spaces. The City is proud to say that it is a certified member of the Page Crime Free Mobile-Housing Program. Because the City is a certified member of this program, all prospective tenants are required to complete an application, complete a criminal background check for all individuals over 18 years of age who will reside at the residence. All individuals over 18 years of age are required to sign a Crime Free Lease Addendum and a month-to-month lease is required from all tenants. The City does not allow mobile homes over 10 years of age in the mobile home community, and all mobile homes must be larger than 12 x 40.
Following is a list of required deposits and lot rent amounts. Prospective tenants should add approximately $40.00 per month to the lot rent amounts to cover water, sewerage and garbage pickup. This approximate amount is added to the monthly rental amount. This actual dollar amount is based on the tenant's actual water usage each month.

Double Lot
Deposit $391.00 (includes $50.00 for water deposit)
Monthly Lot Rent $170.50
