The Finance Department is responsible for the financial management and planning for the City of Page. The Finance Department directs the collection and disbursement of public funds by establishing and maintaining an accounting system and policy and procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The functions within the Finance Department are budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, utility billing, ambulance billing, fixed assets, cash management, debt management, city investments, scheduling the annual audit and customer service.

| Residential - $3.42 time the winter consumption average. Winter consumption average is based on the average of the readings from December through February and is assessed annually in April each year. Sewer rates for new resident accounts will be based on a 6,000 gallon average (Citywide average consumption). |
