Activities
The Community Center serves the community of Page by functioning as a focal point for adults (21 years of age and older) regardless of race, creed, or national origin. The Community Center provides informational resources, meal program services, transportation service, and opportunities for education, travel, and socializing.
The Community Center is administered by an eight member board. Page Community Center Operating Board 2008-2009 Members serve for 3 years. Officers serve for one year – July 1 through June 30. The current Board Members are:

To enhance the adult quality of life by nutrition, education, fellowship and leisure activities
The Community Center hosts a variety of activities including field trips, guest speakers, exercise, and educational opportunities to meet the interests of the participants.
The Meal Program serves home-cooked meals daily, at noon, to dining room patrons and “Meals On Wheels” participants. The dining room is open to any age group. “Meals On Wheels” is available to homebound individuals who are 60+ in age. Reservations are required the day before the meal you wish to enjoy. If we are closed, an answering machine will take your name. As of July 1st, suggested donation for meals: Age 60 and older will be $3.00; Age 50 to 59 will be $4.00; and Age 21 to 49 will be $5.00 per person. Actual reimbursement for meal cost is $7.00. The meal program receives funding from participating adults and seniors, DES, City of Page, Coconino County, NACOG (Northern Arizona Council of Governments) and donations..
The Page Transportation Program
The Page Transportation Program The transportation services at the Center are funded by the City of Page, participating adults and seniors, and donations. Call us at (928) 645-2600 for scheduling of your needs within the city limits, Monday through Friday, for errands, doctors, and hospital visits. The cost is $2.00 round-trip off the Mesa and $1.00 round-trip on the Mesa. We have two wheelchair lift vans available, funded by NACOG and the Arizona Department of Transportation. Out of town trips, for shopping and medical needs, are scheduled once per month at a round-trip reimbursement cost of $10.00 for seniors (60+) and $20.00 for adults aged 21 to 59 years. Several pleasure field trips are planned per year, so be sure to check your calendars for days and times.
