Special events typically include the Elks Soccer Shoot Out; Punt, Pass and Kick; the City of Page Easter Egg Hunt; Dust Devil Wrestling camp; Graphic Edge Middle School Softball Tournament; Relay for Life; Middle School Soccer Tournament; Midway West Amusement-Carnival; Elementary Track & Field Day; Project Graduation; Yoga, Booty and Jazzercise Classes and several Adult softball tournaments.

Summer recreational opportunities frequently include day basketball, softball and baseball camps; Lake Powell National Junior Golf Academy; Gymnastics; Junior Soccer Camp; Volleyball & Dodgeball camps; Tennis Lessons; Archery classes; Basic Cooking Classes; Tae Kwon Do; The Page Library Summer Reading Program.
The Page Unified School District-owned and City-operated swimming pool is located at 454 South Lake Powell Boulevard in the City of Page. Swimming lessons, open swim and adult lap swimming are offered on the Summer pool schedule. During the Fall & Winter the pool is open for lap swimming and water walking on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 6:00am to 7:30am and Monday-Thursday evenings 6:15-7:30pm till December 18, 2009 when the school will close the pool till summer.
