The City Magistrate Court adjudicates misdemeanor and civil traffic violations of the law. The Magistrate Court also issues orders of protection to victims of domestic violence and injunctions prohibiting harassment as a remedy to victims of various forms of harassment. In addition, the Magistrate Court adjudicates violations of the Page City Code, primarily alcohol in the park and animal citations. The Court strives to efficiently and expeditiously process all cases without sacrificing the dignity of the litigants. The Court collects all fines and forfeitures through cash payment or community service if at all possible. The City Magistrate also conducts free weddings as time allows during working hours.
