BEFORE USING THE INTERNET


Be aware that no one controls the Internet and it's contents.
Anyone can place whatever they want to on the Internet.  It is important to know that 
   not all information found on the Internet is complete, accurate or current. If you are
   unsure of the information, verify it through another source or a librarian.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, you are responsible for how
   your children use the Internet.  Some things that would be interesting or informational
   to some adults may by inappropriate for children.
Page Public Library is not responsible for the information patrons find and/or use
   on the Internet.
Be careful about giving personal information over the Internet, such as your name,
   address, social security numbers, and credit card numbers.  Before giving out 
   personal information, make sure the Website you are using is secure.

In accordance with US law (US Code, Title 17), users shall not reproduce or distribute
   copyrighted materials obtained from any source without the permission of the 
   copyright holder.
No email accounts will be issued by the library.
Users shall not attempt to upload, install, set up, or execute any program or software
   not authorized by the library on any of the library's computer workstations.
