Water Rate Schedule - Residential and Commercial - per Resolution # 1040-09

| Sewer Base Rate for Residential and Commercial - $4.00 per month. |
| Residential - $3.42 times the winter consumption average. Winter consumption average is based on the average of the readings from December through February and is assessed annually in March each year. Sewer rates for new resident accounts will be based on a 6,000 gallon average (Citywide average consumption). |
Commercial - $3.42 per thousand gallons of monthly water usage. |
