Water, Sewer, and Garbage Rates
Water Rate Schedule - Residential and Commercial - per Resolution #949-05
(Effective Date - September 1, 2005)
| 0 - 3,000 gallons included in base rate | $12.00 base rate |
3,000 gallons to winter consumption average |
$1.95 per 1,000 gallons metered |
Consumption in excess of winter consumption average |
$2.10 per 1,000 gallons metered |
| Winter consumption average is based on the average of the readings from December through February and is assessed in March each year for both commercial and residential accounts. |
Sewer Rate Schedule - per Resolution #950-05
(Effective Date - September 1, 2005)
| Sewer Base Rate for Residential and Commercial - $4.00 per month. |
| Residential - $3.42 times the winter consumption average. Winter consumption average is based on the average of the readings from December through February and is assessed annually in March each year. Sewer rates for new resident accounts will be based on a 6,000 gallon average (Citywide average consumption). |
