The City of Page follows a Council-Manager form of government. Legislative policy is set by the elected Councilors and administered by the City Manager who is appointed by the City Council. The City Council consists of a Mayor who serves a two-year term and six Councilors who serve staggered four-year terms. The Mayor and Councilors are elected at-large (City-wide). The Council elects one of the six members to serve as the Vice Mayor and to act in the Mayor's absence. The City Council operates in compliance with the Arizona Revised Statutes, the City of Page Municipal Code, and Robert's Rules of Order of Modified Parliamentary Rules.
